Brownback said the administration had "projected a dip" in revenue after the cuts. If that's the case, then why did they blame the federal government for the problem? And we're not talking about "a dip." If June's numbers also are in the tank, and those income tax cuts still don't have the Kansas economy roaring, then Brownback will have to find someone else to blame or another report to misrepresent.
